Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using Vinqelo services, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions. If the user does not agree, they must not use the service.
General description of the service
Vinqelo provides tools that help small businesses organize customer service, appointments, bookings, orders, payments, requests, and other operations through solutions configured to their needs.
Permitted use
The user must use Vinqelo lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these terms. The platform must not be used for illegal activities, unauthorized content, account or system breaches, or interference with service availability or security.
Information entered by the user
The user is responsible for ensuring that information entered into Vinqelo is accurate, lawful, and appropriate for the service. The user is also responsible for having the required authorizations to process information about customers, employees, or suppliers.
Third-party integrations
Vinqelo may integrate with third-party services such as Google Calendar, Telegram, WhatsApp, and other services used by the business. These integrations may require separate authorization and are also subject to the relevant provider’s terms and policies.
Authorizing an integration does not give Vinqelo unlimited access to the user’s account. Vinqelo will use only the permissions needed to provide the requested function.
Google Calendar
When the user connects Google Calendar, Vinqelo may create, update, or cancel events related to appointments managed through Vinqelo, according to the permissions authorized by the user.
Service availability
Vinqelo aims to keep the service available and working properly, but maintenance, updates, or changes may cause temporary interruptions. Continuous, error-free availability is not guaranteed.
Reasonable limitation of liability
Vinqelo is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, or interruptions caused by factors outside its control, third-party services, or incorrect use of the platform. The user should maintain appropriate backups and controls for important business information.
Service changes
Vinqelo may update, modify, or remove service features to improve operation, security, or compatibility. Material changes will be communicated through available channels when reasonably necessary.
Suspension or termination
Vinqelo may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms, illegal use, security risks, or applicable non-payment. The user may stop using the service at any time.

Information handling is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
